DEVELOPMENT APPROACH

In addition to product development, SIGIT adds value through mold development, manufacturing, and all related processes to achieve customer approval.

Three coordinated teams, grouped into Project Management, Advanced Quality, and Process Engineering, manage over 300 new components per year.

This structured approach is based on the SIGIT Quality Management System.

All molds are overseen by a team of Tool Specialists who, along with our Italian-based tool shop and external partners, effectively manage this considerable quantity of tools.

Our Italian try-out center is responsible for testing tools before they are transferred to the production site.

Our process engineers design the entire process, from injection to post-processing and quality control gauges.

Most production equipment and quality gauges are produced in-house at our Serbian tool shop.

PLASTIC

With over 300 molding machines ranging from 35 to 2000 tons, SIGIT is a leading producer of thermoplastic components in the EMEA region. Continuous improvement in production processes, combined with a wide range of specific technologies and raw materials, allows us to offer unique solutions to our customers.

Our extensive experience in various post-injection processes enables us to excel in supplying not only single-shot molded parts but also more complex products. The entire process is governed by a robust quality control system, further ensured by specific tests conducted in our quality laboratory. We perform thorough inspections on both raw materials and components using precise 3D or optical measurements and specific quality tests.

RUBBER

With 31 machines ranging from 180 to 450 tons, located in different countries, SIGIT provides a wide range of products for the automotive and home appliance industries.

The entire process is governed by a robust quality control system, further ensured by specific tests conducted in our quality laboratory. We perform thorough inspections on both raw materials and components using precise 3D or optical measurements and specialized quality tests.

ALLUMINIUM

With 8 die-casting machines ranging from 320 to 1000 tons, fully equipped with robots for full automation, SIGIT provides a wide range of products for both the automotive and appliance markets.

SIGIT enhances customer support with a variety of mechanical post-operations, performed in our machining department.

The entire process is governed by a robust quality control system, further ensured by specific tests conducted in our quality laboratory.

We perform thorough inspections on raw materials through quantometer analysis, and on components using precise 3D measurements, X-rays, and thermographic analysis.
